• Able to represent the company in various situation ( visits and expiations) and have a well known knowledge about every single information about the company, the products and the packaging methods

Following up:

• The received purchasing order from the sales team
• Booking process of every order
• Check the suitability of the chosen shipment line according to the order requirements.
• Receiving reports from the team about the following:

1. The shipment process
2. Status of the required paper work for the (finance department / customs )
3. Status of the required needed papers from the sales team.

Check up:

• The delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring That deadlines are met
• Payments are collected on behalf of the client or organization and maintaining the bills for the same
• Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licenses and tariffs
