Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are looking to hire a motivated and organized person with a diverse experience in the technical aspects of translation and localization who will be responsible for the Arabic translation, and subsequent localization, of our content.
Responsibilities:
- Translating mathematics and physics content, as well as other scientific educational content, from English to Arabic
- Localizing Arabic content to different Arabic-speaking locales
- Making sure translated content adheres to Nagwa’s in-house style guide and glossaries
- Researching scientific notations and terms across different Arabic-speaking locales
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in translation or any related field
- Very good command of both Arabic and English
- Background in content localization is a plus
- Knowledge of different Arab cultures is a plus
