Job Description
(For a 6-month Contract)
- Gather customer data through telephone activities
- Build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact
- Perform administration activities in order to maintain accurate customer information
- Account for achieving monthly and yearly targets and KPIs
Working Conditions:
- Friday shift 2 agents working in same above in & out time
- 6 working days
- KPI’s incentive
