Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for setup of ERP instances, data upload and installations.
Responsibilities:
- Approach new customers and seek opportunities
- Take part in the functional consulting services we provide to our customers
- Analyze customer needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo
- Identify areas of improvement and propose a solution with Odoo
- Quantify resources required for a task/project
- Respond to RFQs and calls for tenders by preparing proposals (both technical and commercial)
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live
- Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual training
