Job Description
- Responsible for Administering recruitment activities for blue collars a white collars (all levels)
- Conduct orientation of new hires
- Assist in conducting TNA, Training plan and budgeting
- Execute training plan on time and complying to its procedures and forms
- Assist in HR organizational development projects
- Assist personnel team
- Administer employees benefits and welfare projects
Job Requirements
- A Business Administration Graduate
- 10th of Ramadan resident, or at least living in a nearby districts
- AUC HR diploma will be an asset
- Interactive person who is able to influence people and lead by example
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Familiar with industrial culture and work pace
- Fluent in English
- MS office professional user
