Job Description
- Performs internal audits to verify that Operations Records (e.g., Daily Reports, On Time Performance (OTP), Training Files) are in conformance to applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
- Providing operation statistical analysis reports for CEO.
- Improve operations and work processes by working cooperatively and jointly with executive managers to provide quality seamless customer service.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify root causes, and determine the need for improvement in operation, in the areas of preventable accidents; on-time performance; and customer service complaints.
- Improve the quality of service provided by analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.
- Overseeing, along with other members of the senior staff, the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the Company's quality systems
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, manuals, policies and procedures.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5 or more years of professional experience; not necessarily in the medical industry.
- Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to manage multiple complicated priorities/tasks.
- Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills.
