Job Summary:
Provides technical and functional support in the areas of: ERP systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training.
Job Description:
- Lead the ERP system implementation, administration and auditing to achieve the organization objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
- Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
- Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases
- Study all required modifications required by the various department to be implemented.
- Design training materials and train the ERP system users and audit their work.
- Trouble shooting and solutions for any issues communicated from the users and/or the departments heads.
- Facilitate the creation of all required reports from the system according to the departments’ requirements.
- Auditing the application of the internal policies for all departments.
Job Requirements
- University graduate (any relative discipline) Preferably Computer science.
- Excellent experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 – 365
- Excellent experience on SQL server 2012 R2
- Programs development experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of technical dot net codes, C+, C++ C# codes
- Excellent English spoken and written.
