Job Description
- Carrying out day to day administrative tasks of the department
- Making regular follow up with the vendors for quality service and ensuring timely payment from the account departments
- Preparing the hotel booking reports, as and when required by the director
- Responding to the inquiries and requirements of the suppliers
- Making the vendor registration formalities
- Maintaining vendor relationship
- Responding to the email and phone inquiries of clients and suppliers
- Preparing the presentations as per the directions of the director
- Custodian of all relevant data and documents of the wholesale department
- Work against tight deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
- Assist in preparation of documents, presentations, etc
- Prepare suppliers data base, updating the list of static contracts and legal agreement
- Communication to wholesale team, consultants, suppliers and vendors by mail and telephone
- Custodian of all relevant data and documents of the wholesale department
Job Requirements
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative / secretarial work
Education: Bachelor degree or Higher Secondary diploma
Competencies
- Excellent communication and written skills in English language
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
