Job Description:

The Brand Specialist will be responsible to manage a number of accounts and projects with the ultimate aim of creating value for Toolbox clients by achieving promised results. He/she will be reporting to a Marketing Manager and working closely with the Managing Partner. Job scope includes the following:

  • Understand the business of clients using Internet research, field research, market visits, review of client’s material, and one-to-one meetings with client’s staff.
  • Conduct regular competition analysis studies and be always updated on the latest developments, initiatives, ideas, and marketing strategies of the industry.
  • Review the marketing mix of client’s brands and propose alternative marketing strategies when needed.
  • Develop and propose tailor-made marketing plans.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives on behalf of clients, by briefing 3rd party agencies, commissioning research, design, advertising and production services, while supervising the entire process and delivering results exceeding client’s expectations.
  • Suggest and implement customized brand activation programs on behalf of clients, including digital applications and social media marketing.
  • Study and develop financial business cases relating to new product introductions, and other initiatives.
  • Act as the focal point of communication with clients.
  • Build a database including prospect Toolbox clients and conduct regular sales meetings with prospect clients with the objective of enlarging Toolbox client base.
  • Build a database including freelancers providing various services within the advertising field.

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for the vacancy should be young, dynamic and keen to demonstrate his / her abilities to the fullest, within a small, yet energetic environment. At Toolbox we value innovation, creativity, taking initiative, leadership abilities, and hard work. He/she should possess:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration - AUC / GUC
  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/account management on either the client or agency sides.
  • Excellent English language spoken and written is a must.
  • Excellent Computer skills are a must.
