Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities/Not limited to

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or via phone.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
  • Organize conference and meeting rooms bookings
  • Provide general administrative work
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications and General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Age 24 - 27 years old.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in related fields
  • Advanced computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in effective Arabic & English language; verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Team work and cooperation
  • Optimistic, friendly and service oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Gender: Females (Unveiled)
  • Updated profiles with a recent photo is a must.
