Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities/Not limited to
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or via phone.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Organize conference and meeting rooms bookings
- Provide general administrative work
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications and General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Age 24 - 27 years old.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in related fields
- Advanced computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
- Excellent ability to communicate in effective Arabic & English language; verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to details
- Team work and cooperation
- Optimistic, friendly and service oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Gender: Females (Unveiled)
- Updated profiles with a recent photo is a must.
