Job Description
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Plan marketing and branding objectives.
- Developing and monitoring the annual marketing budget.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Evaluate the overall performance of the marketing team, and setting their development objectives and training needs.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns in FB, Twitter and Instagram.
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies
