Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for:

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of a retail branch.
  • Maintains and oversees the accuracy of records associated with cash. receipts, inventories, and employee attendance
  • Maintaining the retail branch visual objectives .
  • Ensure that the branch is achieving the sales objectives on a daily basis and take corrective actions .
  • Follow-up instructions and ensures that the operating procedures are tracked within the branch.
  • Provide work plan for the branch team and review the results of selling and compare them with the targets
  • Inventory of orders, and monitoring of errors and follow-up with the management of stores
  • Build strong sustainable relations with customers.
  • Review quantity of products in the store per category to ensure their availability for sales activities and request products from warehouse or other branches if needed.
  • Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, for future markets to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Submit monthly reports to management on sales activities to keep them informed with progress of sales.
  • Analyze reports quarterly and compare them with the historical information to monitor progress.
  • Prepare reports on regular clients and customers to be shared with the marketing team.
  • Train the sales representatives on representation, conduct, etiquette and ethics in meeting the client to ensure proper presentation of company and increase their ability to perform their job well.
  • Oversee and ensure the sparkling cleanliness of the branch.
  • Maintain the safety of the store and the goods.
  • Ensure that all needed branch maintenance and repairs are done on time.
  • Applying after-sales services (exchange & return policy)

Job Requirements
