Job Description
- SHS is looking for new sales team leaders o contribute to our trade section activity.
- We will be expanding, developing and re-structuring the sales departments and are looking for capable individuals to help lead this transition and create sustained growth withing the company
- SHS is the sole agent and distributor for the global leaders in plastic welding and processing product manufacturers Leister and Weldy. They manufacture plastic processing and welding technology including welders, hot air blowers and extrusion welders.
- We are also the sole agents selling Genap water storage and processing solutions among other industry specific brands and are currently expanding very quickly in this field.
- Responsibilities will depend on experience level in sales and this industry, with leaders leading the effort towards overall goal of maximising product sales and making sure new product entries to the market go well.
- Efforts will be rewarded and additional bonuses will be given to leaders who are responsible for increasing sales and improving overall team performance, on top of a competitive salary.
Job Requirements
- Experience in engineering, especially electrical, mechanical or civil engineering is an advantage but is not necessary.
- Applicants must be fluent in English and have very good command of computer skills.
- 12-20 years of professional experience in similar industries
- Must also have leadership experience in Sales, Marketing or Advertising.
- Representatives must be presentable as applications are for leadership positions at SHS
