Job Description

Job Brief

We are looking for an Office manager who will support our daily office operations and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Your duties will include office management, reporting on expenses and office budgets in coordination with finance, organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees. A successful candidate should have previous experience as an Office Manager or other related administrative roles.

Job Description

  • Control and organize office supplies stock
  • Schedule in-house and external events, maintain calendar and book meeting rooms.
  • Manage important and confidential company documents.
  • Provide administrative support to employees
  • Create reports on expenses and office budgets on monthly basis.
  • Manage correspondence and arrange travels/ accommodations.
  • Create reports and presentations with statistical data if needed.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience of working as an office manager or other similar administrative position.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Strong organization skills and high follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Fluent English is a must.
