Job Brief
We are looking for an Office manager who will support our daily office operations and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Your duties will include office management, reporting on expenses and office budgets in coordination with finance, organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees. A successful candidate should have previous experience as an Office Manager or other related administrative roles.
Job Description
- Control and organize office supplies stock
- Schedule in-house and external events, maintain calendar and book meeting rooms.
- Manage important and confidential company documents.
- Provide administrative support to employees
- Create reports on expenses and office budgets on monthly basis.
- Manage correspondence and arrange travels/ accommodations.
- Create reports and presentations with statistical data if needed.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience of working as an office manager or other similar administrative position.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Strong organization skills and high follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Fluent English is a must.
