Job Description
- Study and collect all related data of the assigned projects.
- Prepare necessary requests for information documents.
- Create/apply project processing tools such as forms, reports, and checklists.
- Assign tasks to the below level team members.
- Review shop/design drawings details or calculation notes.
- Coordinate team’s progress, mails, technical problems and product/s submission.
- Handle communications with the client/s.
- Study modifications and handle jobs required time estimations.
- Handle client’s problems/or any non-conformity issues to be solved promptly.
- Coordinate, unify presentation, and release drawings/calculation notes per project.
- Establish meetings with the team to discuss common errors and general problems.
- Prepare list of documents and the time schedules for projects.
- Analyze the project performance through monthly progress and quality reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering/higher degree
- Experience: 6-10 years
- 4 years of solid experience in Steel structures design is a MUST
- Languages: Very good English
Software: - Excellent in SAP
- Excellent in MS Office
- Tekla background is preferable
- SOFiSTiK background is preferable
