Job Description
- Using system to manage all company stores (Raw materials, Packaging materials, Receiving materials, Rejected materials).
- Receiving raw materials from suppliers according to purchasing orders
- Coordinate with dispensing department to dispense raw materials sheet orders.
- Making sure that all storing process takes place according to GSP requirements.
- Monitoring and recording storage conditions (temperature & humidity).
- Handling alarm systems and data loggers of refrigerators and deep freezers.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.

Job Requirements
- BSc of science/Agriculture
- 3-5 years of experience as a storekeeper
- experience in store-keeping, inventory control, or record-keeping
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competencies in data entry.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
