As a Product Marketing Manager for WUZZUF, you must be a data-driven marketer focusing on the success and growth of our customers.

You will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of specific campaigns and product communications to drive product adoption and feature usage. You will be accountable for maximizing audience conversion and utilization of our product. You will be focusing on maximizing the ROI of our marketing activities to achieve brand recognition and customer acquisition and retention. To achieve success, you will be working with marketing, operation and product teams in different projects.

You need to be the person who is always making sure that things are getting done right on time.

A plus: you better have some copywriting skills to make things move faster in the content-based projects and to write comprehensive internal concept notes.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable WUZZUF Sales team with any needed materials/initiatives that boost the revenue and Employer retention.
  • Lead the planning of the marketing strategy to implement new projects and develop creative ideas that help to improve our customer success and brand recognition.
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Measure the success of each marketing channel or campaign and optimize our approach based on the resulting data.
  • Be a subject matter expert about our product, competition, and industry and contribute to strategy and plans for growth.
  • Advocate internally that all teams solve the customer needs based on insights.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Plan any necessary research to understand customer needs and new opportunities.

Day-to-day Duties:

  • Tracking the performance of our campaigns and channels.
  • Planning and overseeing product marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Research and communicate with the customers to understand their needs
  • Update yourself with all the new product features
  • Follow and be aware of all the competition and industry updates
  • Project management and multi-disciplinary team coordination.
  • Oversee marketing budget for respective product and ROI.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing and/or product management.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, social media, and email marketing. If not an expert at all yet, should become one soon.
  • Excellent communication skills whether verbally or written -- you will interact with customers and cross-functional teammates regularly.
  • Excellent command of all marketing tactics.
