Job Description
- Listening to client requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Achieve the goal of each quarter sales
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective clients
- Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients businesses and requirements; and ensuring fulfilling these requirements through leading the production with other departments of the agency
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years experience in an advertising agency
- Excellent English and verbal communications skills
- Problem Solving and negotiation skills
