Job Description
To serve its growing customer base, IdealRatings is having an open position for “Customer Success Executive” based in Cairo. The perfect candidate will be responsible of:
- Acting as customer voice and liaising between customers and IdealRatings
- teams.
- Ensuring premium quality services and customer deliveries.
- Handling IdealRatings’ customers inquiries and support requests.
- Serve as product usage consultant to derive creative solutions to ensure maximum customer utilization and satisfaction.
- Support the Sales and Product teams in providing relevant account information.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

University degree in finance or accounting from reputable school.

0-2 years of experience.

Perfect command of English both written and spoken.

Excellent Computer Skills especially MS Office.

Ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
