Job Description

  • Assist in updating and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees.
  • Responsible for updating personal database and sending our notice/correspondence to employees for any evaluation, or other matters.
  • Create the disclaimer process for employees.
  • Prepare employee letters required.
  • Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then send the forms to the specialist to issue the contract.
  • Dealing with a medical insurance company.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Males
  • Lives nearby Badr City.
  • Suitable bachelor degree.
  • Food & Beverages Experience from 1 - 3 years.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
