- Work closely with Finance & Adm. General Manager to ensure that the organization has the right people, right skill sets and right processes to meet the business needs and deliver strong performance.
- This includes managing a high performing HR team in the areas of recruitment & selection, employment relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- (Experience) Range from 2-4 Years of experience at the HR field
- (Education) Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ or equivalent university. HR Diploma is a plus.
