Main Duties:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using creative methods and Channels.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Support the Personnel team with required documentation.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum One year of experience in Blue Collar massive Recruitment.
- Very Good in written and spoken English.
