Job Description

Operation Process

  • Ensure that work performed in the store is accurate and of high quality.
  • He has full understanding of market and competitors
  • Seeks to continually improve operational processes and work methods inside the store
  • He is effectively managing the schedules
  • Maintain store coverage and uniform.
  • Give customer service training.
  • Play an active role in making the good relationship between stores to increase the sales based on their needs.
  • Check & revise the inspection process.
  • Maintain high quality of control for maintaining the in/out shipments between operation department and the store.
  • Revise cash, visa, and petty cash.
  • Acting as a liaison between the team and direct managers.
  • Cooperate (Acting as liaison) with the mall management and the company.
  • Controls the exchange and refund items.
  • Manage the transfer process between stores
  • Manage the inventory process and check the defects.
  • Keep the store general atmosphere (cleaning, smell, and uniform) to standard.
  • Manage the stock room
  • Manage that all alarms are putting them in the right place & attach price tags to merchandise
  • Supervise folding Items
  • Manage that the store organized and clean by straightening merchandise and monitoring fitting rooms
  • Offer assistance in the store for his colleague within the sales process.
  • Supervise that Replenishment the finished items on the floor/ store.

Selling

  • Achieving store targets efficiently
  • Make cross-selling and up-selling
  • Increase sales target percentage through attracting more clients and increasing customers database.

Customer Services

  • Handles problem situations effectively with costumers based on company rules and regulation
  • Address different types of customers
  • Build solid relations with customers based on trust
  • He offers high-quality customer service after selling process
  • Handle & solve clients’ problems and needs.

Reports

  • Creating reports that help in business improvement
  • He prepares all needed reports and analysis on time.
  • Prepare analysis report for target achievements.
  • Make an analysis report for each brand regarding selling and remaining items.
  • Prepare all need reports on items that need to be considered in buying trip (items, size, and color for each brand)
  • Prepare reports of stock needs.

Visual

  • Ensure that the visual is complying with the visual guide
  • Ensure that the products are in a proper status on hangers & in stock
  • Regular checking on display of items in each section
  • Responsible for the alarm defects & where its handled in the right place
  • Sending emails weekly by the store maintenance including Spotlight, mannequins, lights, wallpapers and store paints

Job Requirements

Required Education

  • Bachelor Degree preferred

Required Experience

  • 5+ Years.
  • Age Max. till 35 Only.
  • Experience in Fashion Retail is a Must.
  • Experience in receiving Shipments is a Must.

Required Skills

  • Very good in English.
  • Very Good MS Office
  • Good skill in the preparation of reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High Communication Skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise not less than 5 employees

  • Has good technical knowledge about fashion retail
  • Has Solid Product Knowledge Information
  • Is able to give commercial advice to his team and company
  • Make sure that the product knowledge in cascaded to all staff / new joiners.
