Job Scope:
Oracle EBS (R12) Support Engineers are required to provide 365/7/24 support to our client, where the main responsibilities and duties:
- Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance
- Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions
- Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts
- Provide proper documentation for tasks performed and tickets resolved
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Provide technical and functional support to project teams.
- Maintain data interfaces for Oracle applications.
- Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.

- Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics
Job Requirements
- Very good knowledge in EBS
- Very good command of English
- Previous experience supporting Oracle EBS 12.1 and later
- Be able to provide On Call support in case of emergencies 24/7 and during holidays
- Ability to generate custom reports when needed.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- 4+ year experience with designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting database servers, including Oracle EBS 12.1, Oracle database 12C, RAC, Oracle Linux, Oracle Advanced Compression and Partitioning, SQL, VMWare.
- Experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager and other tools for availability and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on database tuning and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with architecture, both logical and physical design.
- Ability to perform backup and recovery tasks.
- Experience with applying patches and upgrading database versions.
- Proficiency developing and maintaining shell scripts as well as programming in PL/SQL.
- Experience with queries and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with RMAN and automated back-up procedures.
