About our Client:
The Leading Company in the field of Ceramics, Porcelain, Sanitary ware, pipes
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Surveying the projects market through analysis of main key accounts real estate and big construction company needs
- Determine potential clients and start an action plan to gather their needs
- Present our range of products and solutions to fit in customer needs
- Analyze clients terms of reference for a big governmental,construction & real estate developers
- Develop Proposals to match clients Terms of Reference and specifications (TOR)
- Conduct a pre-sales activities like presentations and demos on range of products and solutions to increase clients product knowledge
- Develop a high B2B initiatives that will result in high sales lead
- Direct his team to make customers field visit to address their needs
- Coach and monitor his sales staff and develop a weekly field visits to increase penetration Company products and solutions with such clients
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years in B2B (Building Materials)
- Strong knowledge in Construction Materials & Construction Projects
- Strong Selling Skills
- Leadership
