About our Client:

The Leading Company in the field of Ceramics, Porcelain, Sanitary ware, pipes

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Surveying the projects market through analysis of main key accounts real estate and big construction company needs
  • Determine potential clients and start an action plan to gather their needs
  • Present our range of products and solutions to fit in customer needs
  • Analyze clients terms of reference for a big governmental,construction & real estate developers
  • Develop Proposals to match clients Terms of Reference and specifications (TOR)
  • Conduct a pre-sales activities like presentations and demos on range of products and solutions to increase clients product knowledge
  • Develop a high B2B initiatives that will result in high sales lead
  • Direct his team to make customers field visit to address their needs
  • Coach and monitor his sales staff and develop a weekly field visits to increase penetration Company products and solutions with such clients

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years in B2B (Building Materials)
  • Strong knowledge in Construction Materials & Construction Projects
  • Strong Selling Skills
  • Leadership
