Job Description

  • Participate in the development of the main objectives of the institution and participate in the formulation
  • Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for financial management to achieve the main objectives of the institution
  • Participation in meetings of senior management and expressing opinion in the results and decisions
  • Responsible for following up the implementation of financial management plans
  • Training financial management personnel on their work and transferring their expertise
  • Prepare financial management procedures and propose remedial, remedial and preventive measures that would
  • Improve the work performance of its management
  • The amendment and establishment of the documentary and journalistic cycle and follow up their validity and update them to match the need of work
  • Prepare the appropriate annual budgets of the institution within the available possibilities and forecast the annual operating volume
  • Review and approve all exchange documents and issue exchange orders
  • Preparing and supervising the implementation and follow-up of the annual inventory of all assets and stocks
  • Create a journal and a digital archive to save all financial documents, whether for the benefit of the institution or as a commitment to the institution
  • Submit weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Assistant General Manager and the Director General With these reports being discussed at regular senior management meetings
  • Providing financial information and interpreting it in the form of regular reports
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and forecasting future trends
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risks
  • Finding solutions and presenting proposals and assessments of cost reduction opportunities
  • Management of accounting systems and communication with the legal references of the company
  • Preparing the final budget for the financial year and providing analysis of profits and losses

Job Requirements

  • Experience with a minimum 10 years, including three years with the same function
  • Experience in industrial facilities
  • Experience in financial control, financial analysis, and portfolio management
  • Experience in cost management and tax audits
  • Professional accounting designation (CFA, CMA)
