Job Description
- Develop and follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Coordinate with direct and ethical promotion teams to insure the proper implementation of marketing activities with ROI tracking
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer insights and market dynamics, current market conditions and competitor activities and information
- Track the productivity of the marketing plans and projects and provide ROI
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Responsible for conducting regular products and competitors training sessions for ethical promotion staff to insure high level of up to date knowledge.
- Ensure that the product message is properly delivered to the customers
- Build strong business relationship with KOLs
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure proper allocation to gain the highest ROI
- Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
Job Requirements
- Medical background degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing and selling skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
