Job Description
- Providing technical and product support
- Troubleshooting to determine root cause and documenting solutions.
- Assist with managing internal office network and desktops.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
- 2+ years’ experience, with a strong experience knowledge of PC and mobile tablet’s operating systems, (e.g., Windows & Android), Microsoft Office Suite, standard business software applications, automated issues tracking systems
- Awareness with MDM solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills
- An ability to assess each customer IT knowledge levels
- Ability to deal with difficult callers
- Logical thinker &good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
- Good accurate records keeping
