Job Description

  • Providing technical and product support
  • Troubleshooting to determine root cause and documenting solutions.
  • Assist with managing internal office network and desktops.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience, with a strong experience knowledge of PC and mobile tablet’s operating systems, (e.g., Windows & Android), Microsoft Office Suite, standard business software applications, automated issues tracking systems
  • Awareness with MDM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills
  • An ability to assess each customer IT knowledge levels
  • Ability to deal with difficult callers
  • Logical thinker &good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge
  • An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
  • Good accurate records keeping
