An exciting opportunity in growing company working in Real-Estate Marketing field in New Cairo .
We are looking for Admin Assistant / Secretary to be responsible for the following:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
- Assist and support real estate agents in handling deals .
- Publish Ads in company website as well in real estate websites & social media sites.
- Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating the real estate functions and activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience
- University degree or equivalent
- Good command of Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Good English
- Honest & Assertive
- Females only
- Preferably have a car & resident in New Cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr City & Madinaty
