Job Description

An exciting opportunity in growing company working in Real-Estate Marketing field in New Cairo .

We are looking for Admin Assistant / Secretary to be responsible for the following:

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Assist and support real estate agents in handling deals .
  • Publish Ads in company website as well in real estate websites & social media sites.
  • Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
  • Maintain and manage all databases relating the real estate functions and activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Good command of Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
  • Good English
  • Honest & Assertive
  • Females only
  • Preferably have a car & resident in New Cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr City & Madinaty
