Job Description

  • Provide technical support for all Fawry products on both staging and production environments.
  • Provide operations support coverage, work with incident management and other support teams to address tickets/issues on time.
  • Provide assistance to internal teams for banking products and e-wallets.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in financial application is a plus .
  • Has good knowledge in interactive database inquires.
  • Very good knowledge of XML message technology is a must.
  • Previous experience in SOAP-UI tool is a plus.
  • Experience & understanding of web and mobile applications development.
  • Familiar with testing and UAT .
  • Highly recommended to have trouble shooting skills with record of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
