Job Description
- Provide technical support for all Fawry products on both staging and production environments.
- Provide operations support coverage, work with incident management and other support teams to address tickets/issues on time.
- Provide assistance to internal teams for banking products and e-wallets.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Previous experience in financial application is a plus .
- Has good knowledge in interactive database inquires.
- Very good knowledge of XML message technology is a must.
- Previous experience in SOAP-UI tool is a plus.
- Experience & understanding of web and mobile applications development.
- Familiar with testing and UAT .
- Highly recommended to have trouble shooting skills with record of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
