Job Description

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management executives.
  • Greeting visitors and answering the telephone.
  • Receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; performing research, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail.
  • Gathering data and compiling various reports for management.
  • Conducting projects and assignments.
  • Photocopying materials.
  • Maintaining files.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Issuing correspondence.
  • Serving as an office information manager.
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments.
  • Organizing and preserving paper and computer files.
  • Managing projects.
  • Handling travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

This position is required for a company which specializes in the Engineering Services and acts with the following requirements:

  • Females ONLY.
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • V. Good English and Arabic Typing
  • V. Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English.
  • High Experience in office organization.
  • Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office.
  • High Experience in office organization & Filing Systems.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
