- Carry out sales and contracting with customers, depending on the policy of sales and approved by the Sales Manager.
- Sell reputable brands lab research chemicals from Germany and USA.
- Handle and solve customer complaints.
- Follow up with customers at the meant companies, universities, and institutes.
- Delivering offers and quotations from the company to the customers.
- Take orders from customers and deliver back their items.
- Collect cheques and payments from customers.
- Expanding the current channel landscape in line with the overall company objectives.
- Responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
- Building strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business.
Job Requirements
- Sales employee outdoor with two years experience.
- Has a skill in dealing with others.
- Fluent in English speaking
