Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

And their key responsibilities will be,

  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
  • Qualify marketing leads
  • Document key information using CRM tool
  • Develop new business via various methods of communication, including phone, email, and social media, to introduce product and identify appropriate buyers within target market
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Identify key buying influencers to determine budget and timeline
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
    Follow through on qualified leads from internal lead generation programs
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly prospecting reports
  • Work with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. Lead Generation Activities:
  • Bring new and different lead gen ideas on ways to reach our target
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Answer questions about products or the company

Job Requirements

  • Experience not less than four years in that field
