Job Description
- Lead and develop team leaders or travel consultants in delivering travel agency operational services at agreed service levels consistent with company standards.
- Maximize team productivity through ongoing reporting, feedback and counseling Goal setting.
- Manage daily service levels across all communications channels.
- Selling travel products and tour packages.
- Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service,
ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned employees. - Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from client.
