Job Description
- Selling the company’s products (Software, Hardware, and IT Solutions) to SME in different sectors.
- Preparation sales cycle (Customer’s proposal, Tender’s Proposal, Customer’s follow up, Sales and purchasing paperwork).
- Achieved the sales and marketing plan as assigned.\Contact new Customers by any means of marketing tools (Calls, Visits, E-mail shooting)
- Prepare sales report needed (weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports).
- Handling business day to day issues.
- Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues (Outstanding Account Receivables, Letter of Guarantee, and Complaint).
- Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.
- Attending Tenders and representing the company in some assigned tasks.
- Accomplish department and organization missions by completing related tasks as needed.
- Complete another task as assigned.
Job Requirements
Working experience in Sales and/or Marketing preferable in the same field.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent Negotiation skill.
- Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
- Multi-Task Person.
- Micro soft Word/Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- The English language is a must.
