Job Description
- Maintain customers database by updating information and inquiries into the system
- Respond promptly to client inquiries
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Following up on potential clients that requested a follow-up (CRM system makes the reminder based on data entry filled out by call center agents)
- Handle and resolve customer complains
- Obtain all information to handle customer and service inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree any discipline.
- Fluent English is must.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft office.
- The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Preferably residents nearby Heliopolis.
