Job Description

Summary :

The Digital Marketing Lead will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Duties

  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns that align with larger team and company objectives.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and establishing success metrics to measure the impact of digital campaigns.
  • Continuous optimization of our digital campaigns through A/B testing Identifying the right audience and channels for targeting based on larger campaign initiatives.
  • Analyzing audience trends and conducting competitive analysis to make sure we're staying ahead of the curve and leveraging the right channels.
  • Establishing the right user journeys from ad to conversion.
  • Oversee strategy, planning and Execution of paid social campaigns that meet and exceed digital marketing KPIs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and tactical, data-driven strategic recommendations across all paid social platforms to digital marketing managers.
  • Lead digital marketing campaign execution liaising between cross-functional teams including Product development, Sales, Product management.
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing; pull, analyze and leverage insights to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiment.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google keywords and display campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
