Job Description
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Provide introductory online & classroom training for company products
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
Job Requirements
IT Technical Support with Knowledge and Experience :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support for (3) years
- Problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment employees are using
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
