FilKhedma is like Uber for home services example plumbing, carpentry,...etc. A very important part of the business is selecting and training the right plumbers, carpenters,...etc. As a recruitment and training specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Working on existing database of technicians to attract new applicants
- Finding new sources to grow the database
- Schedule interviews with technicians
- Select the best candidates
- Deliver soft skills training and orientation
Job Requirements
- Be excited about working on growing the business
- Minimum 3 years experience working in recruitment and training functions
- Ability to learn more creative ways of recruitment and training
- Experience working with recruitment and training of blue collar
- Experience working with plumbers, carpenters, electricians is a plus
