Job Description
- Creating security software for Windows operating systems.
- Handling support requests of the employees
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Install and configure IP camera
- Handling support requests of the employees.
- Helping troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and providing actionable tips to resolve the problem.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 as technical support
- Good Knowledge of backup solution & Windows server
- Preferred to be MCP Certified
