Sales Supervisor/ Product Manager - Electrical Product

Duties:

• Manages the product throughout the product life cycle from planning to execution.
• Ensures the profitability and continued growth of products.
• Strategically plan for marketing and sales of this industrial product.
• Interacts with other organizational departments and customers.
• Identifies key competitors and consumer trends.
• Defines the long term strategy of the product and create product road map.
• Negotiates with suppliers.
• Communicates with cross functional teams.
• Accompanies the sales staff to achieve sales target, and customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with customers directly to understand the customer needs, and work to achieve the needs through the product features, commercial and marketing conditions.
• Examines customers’ requests for services, and ensures the service is done in timely manner.
• Examines customers’ complaints and ensures problem is solved.
• Organizes and attends events and exhibitions.
• Contributes with top management and products suppliers to determine the annual sales targets.
• Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response.
• Develops product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand.
• Monitors product inventory.
