Job Description
Duties:
- Manages the product throughout the product life cycle from planning to execution.
- Ensures the profitability and continued growth of products.
- Strategically plan for marketing and sales of this industrial product.
- Interacts with other organizational departments and customers.
- Identifies key competitors and consumer trends.
- Defines the long term strategy of the product and create product road map.
- Negotiates with suppliers.
- Communicates with cross functional teams.
- Accompanies the sales staff to achieve sales target, and customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with customers directly to understand the customer needs, and work to achieve the needs through the product features, commercial and marketing conditions.
- Examines customers’ requests for services, and ensures the service is done in timely manner.
- Examines customers’ complaints and ensures problem is solved.
- Organizes and attends events and exhibitions.
- Contributes with top management and products suppliers to determine the annual sales targets.
- Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response.
- Develops product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand.
- Monitors product inventory.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in electrical products.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge for Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to follow up on duties.
- Organizational and time management skills.
