Job Description
- To be responsible for training and supervision our concierge advisors for quality insurance.
- Expert for Re-issue and refund.
- Handling all guests special requests no offered in our system and direct concierge advisor to do the same.
Job Requirements
- The location will be in Kuwait
- 10+ years minimum experience in GDS system especially Galileo and Amadeus.
- Well known about LCC (low cost carrier)
- Strong knowledge about worldwide destinations airport.
- English is a must as well as Arabic.
- Presentable and well educated
- Passionate and Energetic
- Travel industry background it’s an added value
- To be well educated and good user to the Internet.
