Job Description
- Serve as a liaison between Retail stores and corporate departments.
- Understand performance analysis and operational impacts to identify trends and collaborate with retail stores to improve performance.
- Work across functional lines to research and understand operational impacts and solutions that benefit the company.
- Research and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Utilize creative methods to generate results and foster teamwork.
- Data entering information to spreadsheets for tracking of various Retail Branch functions.
- Responsible for create/transfer/deactivate users’ applications process and follow on creation requests.
- Obtain all the operational requirements for the new stores and support the current ones.
- Generating the required reports for all of the above in addition to adding new ones that can help monitoring this function.
- Keep the databases up to date whether the users, store’s or the outages logging system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Seeking to hire a fresh graduate or maximum have experience 1 year the same field.
- Critical and Analytical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Skills related to interpersonal communication: listening, speaking and writing into both languages Arabic and English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
