- Ensure awareness and achievement of all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provide leadership to the team in problem solving process improvement, manage obstacles and provide resources to asses team members in overcoming issues.
- Ensure forecasted production volume is delivered on time, within specified quality / quantity and at optimum cost..
- Ensure a safe, well maintained production area operating in accordance with company standers.
Job Requirements
- Applied employees shall be graduated from agriculture engineering food industry department or science degree.
- Have planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and motivate other to meet tight deadlines.
- Have strong leadership and collaborative skills to lead production team.
- Excellent computer, documentation and organization skills required.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Preferable HACCP or ISO 22000 certified
- Age not more than 38 years
- Experience in food industry is a MUST
