Job Description
Front Office Receptionist Responsible For:
- Welcome all walk-in guests in the facility and inquire for their needs.
- Explain all information to clients.
- Maintains clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Manages members’ bookings; including following up with members’ inquiries by phone and email.
- Continuously updates the members list with key information.
- Maintains strong communication with staff members about the progress and attendance of classes, or other key operational matters.
- Perform administrative functions such as following up appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Attend weekly meeting as scheduled by the management.
- Prepare required reports.
