Job Description
- Testing the website to ensure it is working
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends
- You will participate in the development by designing, developing, and maintaining websites for customer projects.
- Work will include the production of WordPress & Magneto based websites.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original website/mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a web designer (at least 2 years’ experience)
- Proficiency in HTML, Wordpress, and, Magento, Microsoft office.
- The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design.
- He/She should also have superior user interface design skills.
- Supplement on website and design requests.
- Expert level competencies and engineering skills in mainstream programming languages and development technologies with a clear understanding of the direction of the software industry.
- Significant experience of formal software development methodologies
- In-depth, demonstrable experience of object-orientated programming as well as systems analysis and design experience as pertaining to formal software development lifecycles.
- Strong proven leadership skills and experience of leading small discrete teams of developers in achieving product deliverables.
- Significant strong all-round development experience gained from companies producing commercial software products.
