Job Description
- Banking relations & treasury operations management.
- Project financing and reporting.
- Cash management and cash forecasting.
- Payroll release and banking administration.
- Contracts administration and providing all documentary support to the projects.
- Provide assistance to the client, projects and credit management in collecting the client dues on time.
- Meetings with relationship banks and quarterly Banker’s meet.
- Debt and equity capital raising and also participate in syndication and rating initiatives.
- Export credit and asset financing.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on banking dashboards.
- Train and groom the subordinates with a view to succession planning
Job Requirements
- Min 10 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience in a computerized accounting Environment with exposure to ERP software.
- At least the past 3-4 years should have been in a similar position in a sizable organization preferably with Construction exposure.
- Professional qualification in Financial Management such as ACA, ACCA, CMA, MBA.
- Strategic business planning
- Advanced analysis of financial statements
- Budgeting and cost control
- Development of financial policies and procedures Time management.
- Excellent oral/written communication, report writing
- Presentation Skills
- Strong negotiator
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound understanding and experience in use of ERP systems
