Creative Director

We are hiring a Creative Director to lead our creative team. The position requires an exceptionally creative individual who is ready to infuse creative direction and vision, from concept through execution across multiple brand identities and industry sectors.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality creative products, designs, and layouts while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team.
• Set direction and maintain consistency of numerous brand identities and client strategies, including watch and feel for all consumer-facing creative material that is implemented online, in print, and across social media platforms.
• From concept through execution, he or she is responsible for translating the brand(s) into creative concepts and shoots that engage key audiences.
• Take the lead in liaising with client(s), team members and project management staff to ensure final assets consistently answer the brief in terms of commercial and brand requirements.
• Lead creative ideation, working in concert with content creators to develop ideas that will work across all channels.
• Oversee the art team of designers and work closely with the digital team to manage fully integrated campaigns.
• Share knowledge, experience, and skill with other design staff through mentorship and collaboration.
• Participate in digital/creative management team meetings, providing input and opinion into the future direction of the business and taking on actions and tasks as required to help the business achieve its future objectives
